Blogwhat?

Due to being reminded that I have one of these things by modeps, I figured I would take another crack at getting back in the saddle with the blog.

Let me see... damn it's been a while. Since my last post I have become a dad, gotten a new job, and had about a million other things happen. In more recent, topical news... today is the day that Lost Magic hits for the DS. Truth be told, I'm not sure if this is going to be a huge hit or not, but I've been jonesing for an RPG of any flavor for some time now. I'm waiting paitently today for my local EB to tell me their delivery came today, at which point I'll be taking my lunch break to swing down and pick up a copy. Fingers crossed I'm happy with the purchase - if not though, it'll just get sold on eBay for a minor monetary loss. I'm not too concerned.

Disc golf season is back in full swing, and my winter/spring play has definitely been pretty solid. I've got two tournament wins under my belt already this year, and my casual rounds have been pretty good overall as well. I shot 1 worse than my PR on my home course at Wickham Park last week, with an UGLY 5 on a hole I should never take worse than a 3 on. But it got me tag #3 in our bag-tag program, which I was psyched about. The lower the better, and I've been "in the gold" (the top 10 tags) since the program started this spring.
